By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Datamind AI Solutions provides:
- Strategy & discovery engagements
- Platform & pilot deployments
- Evaluation & scale-up support
- Consulting sessions (R1,000/hour unless otherwise agreed)
All services are subject to agreed engagement scope.
2. Consulting
- Consulting is billed at stated rates.
- Payment is required before scheduling.
- A tailored engagement roadmap may follow.
- Deliverables depend on agreed scope.
3. Payments
- Processed via PayFast
- All fees quoted in ZAR
- Refunds subject to engagement agreement
- Unauthorised chargebacks may result in service suspension
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Proprietary frameworks remain property of Datamind AI Solutions.
- Custom deliverables may be licensed to clients.
- Website content may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Learner Career Path App
The application provides informational guidance only.
It does not guarantee admission, employment, or funding.
Users must verify opportunities independently.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Third-party platform failures
- Misuse of delivered systems
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.
7. Confidentiality
Client information shared during engagements is treated confidentially unless required by law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
